Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://abuelitascozyclean.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Abuelita's Cozy Clean reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes House Cleaner, Janitorial Service, Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning provided by Abuelita's Cozy Clean. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Abuelita's Cozy Clean and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. Abuelita's Cozy Clean disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Abuelita's Cozy Clean's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Abuelita's Cozy Clean from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. CT law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CT.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
